Warranty period and conditions.

Kiosk furniture products are automatically covered by a 6 year warranty (no registration required). If the customer registers the product online will be entitled to an additional 6 months of product warranty.

Note : This warranty does not include outlet products, products without QC and electrical products with different electrical warranty requirements. (Please read the details of each such product separately)

To ensure the best experience with KIOSK Furniture, please find our updated warranty terms and conditions below:

1. 6-Year Structural Warranty: All KIOSK products are crafted from premium steel with anti-rust coating and high-quality powder coating. We offer a 6-year warranty on the product structure. (Note: The warranty sticker must remain intact. Removal or tampering with the sticker will void the warranty immediately.)

2. Anti-Rust Coverage: This warranty applies only to products used under normal indoor conditions. The product must be kept away from direct sunlight, rain, or moisture. Usage in garages, semi-outdoor areas, or open spaces is not covered.

3. Structural Integrity: Warranty is valid only if the product remains in its original state. Any drilling, structural modifications, or deep scratches that expose the metal surface and lead to rust will void the warranty.

4. Parts and Accessories: Spare parts are covered under normal usage conditions. This excludes damages caused by overloading (exceeding weight limits) or placing items on top of the cabinet during use.

5. Exclusions: This structural warranty does not cover electrical systems or electronic components (for products equipped with lighting or electrical features).
