1. Return Request Period
- Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. 
- Returns are not applicable for cases where the customer simply changes their mind. 
2. Return Conditions
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. 
- The product must include all original packaging and be in a resalable condition. 
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided. 
3. Return Process
- Contact KIOSK Customer Service through the channels listed below. 
- Wait for confirmation and instructions on how to return the product. 
- Send the product back to the address provided by KIOSK. 
- Provide the return shipment tracking number to our customer service team. 
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective due to manufacturing or shipping errors.
4. Inspection and Refund Process
- KIOSK will inspect the returned product upon receipt. 
- If it meets the return conditions, a refund will be processed through the original payment method. 
- The refund process typically takes approximately 3-5 business days. 
5. Exceptions
- Custom-made products are non-refundable. 
- Products damaged due to improper use or care cannot be refunded. 
- If the product is damaged during shipping, please take photos and notify KIOSK immediately.
